Our Quality Control/Quality Assurance program excels in the city, leveraging real-time concrete monitoring through Cidra SmartHatch installations across our entire fleet.
For operational efficiency, our fleet features Samsara inward/outward dash cams for real-time tracking, monitoring, and analytics. Additionally, Intellishift GPS, another fleet management software, integrates real-time monitoring and efficiency for all our supplied projects.
Our Sustainability Efforts
We prioritize sustainability as the exclusive ready-mix supplier in NYC incorporating CarbonCure technology, offering mixes with the lowest carbon footprint supported by EPDs verified through Climate Earth. Our commitment includes sourcing aggregates locally, cutting diesel emissions by 50% through barging, and reducing the number of trailers on the road.
Our participation in North America’s Green Energy program enhances our sustainability efforts. Upon the arrival of our fleet of 14-yard mixers, we will further decrease diesel emissions by transporting more concrete in fewer trucks, alleviating exhaust and traffic congestion. Notably, we’ve recycled 1.7 million gallons of water into our concrete, a significant aspect of our eco-friendly initiatives, along with saving 1470+ metric tons of CO2 to date.
